Job summary

Outworx Group is seeking an Aviation Snow Supervisor for Newark's EWR operations. This on-call role supports snow events, reporting to the General Manager to ensure safety and quality in snow removal at the airport base.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, manage equipment readiness, and prepare productivity and staffing reports while recruiting seasonal team members as needed. Availability during snow events is essential.

Qualifications

• Obtain and Maintain an Airport Security Badge
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar management role
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising other team members.
• Deliver clear and timely instructions, oversees the work of other employees/contractors to ensure the successful completion of tasks or deliverables.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variables, and facilitating corrections.
• Train new employees on various types of equipment operation.
• Motivate others to grow and be better, elevating the team
• Resolution of challenges, discrepancies, or miscommunications
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Effectively communicate at various level within the organization
• Ensures operational readiness of equipment by making sure repairs, evaluating equipment performance
• Understand various company systems with an expectation of constantly increasing level of knowledge
• Manage daily schedules and track the progress of deliverables and repairs and report progress for base readiness
• Prepare and presentation of reports on productivity, staffing, effectiveness, and success
• Participate in recruiting efforts for seasonal and casual team members
