Job summary

Outworx Group seeks an Operations Coordinator at Denver Airport. The role is on-call through winter with a focus on storm operations and admin tasks, including onboarding, airfield access, and payroll-related duties.

The ideal candidate will manage ADP and Everbridge entries, assist in operator training, and coordinate catering while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years office administration experience.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new applicants and returning employees.
• Coordinate airfield access for seasonal and full-time hires.
• Enter operators into ADP and Everbridge group systems.
• Support management during storm events and pre-season training.
• Close and certify storms in a timely manner.
• Assist with fuel dispatch and payroll record-keeping.
• Ensure departmental compliance and coordinate catering.
