Job summary

Outworx Group seeks an Operations Coordinator for EWR Airport to support on-call winter operations. You will assist onboarding, airfield access coordination, payroll data entry, and storm-related logistics to ensure smooth airport operations during weather events.

Ideal candidates offer 1–2 years of office experience, aviation exposure, and strong Microsoft Office skills. The role is on-site in Newark, with potential overtime during winter conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of office administration experience.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding processing for new applicants and returning employees.
• Coordinate with seasonal and full-time hires for airfield access requirements.
• Enter qualified Operators into ADP and Everbridge systems.
• Learn operations protocols to support management during storms.
• Assist GM with pre-season operator training coordination.
• Help close and certify each storm in a timely manner.
• Assist with fuel dispatch and check-in/out from fuel terminals.
• Track hours worked via Storm Forms for payroll and records.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate catering during storms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
