Job summary

Outworx Group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for Jamaica, NY. This on-call winter-season role focuses on operating during snow events and supporting administrative and operational tasks.

You will assist onboarding, coordinate airfield access, manage payroll-related forms, and help ensure compliance while working with the team to complete storm operations efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work during winter weather events, including weekends, holidays, and overnight.
• 1-2 years of office administration experience.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding processing of all new applicants and returning employees.
• Coordinate with seasonal and full-time hires for airfield access requirements.
• Ensure all qualified Operators are entered into ADP and Everbridge group communication system.
• Become familiar with machine capabilities, operator duties, and operations protocols to assist during a storm.
• Assist General Manager in coordinating pre-season operator training.
• Work with team to successfully close and certify each storm in a timely manner.
• Assist with fuel dispatch to ensure check in/out from fuel terminals.
• Manage Storm Forms to track hours worked for payroll & record-keeping.
• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure departmental compliance.
• Coordinate catering during storms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
