HMSHost in Portland is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in executing QSR restaurant operations. The role ensures a clean, staffed, and well-run restaurant, following company policies to maintain high standards.

The MGRI reports to the GM or equivalent and works a varied, rotating schedule on site at Portland International Airport, with duties including supervising shifts, ordering, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years of food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; able to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists according to company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a unit.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions; escalates to GM as needed.
