Avolta is hiring a Manager I to support branch management in QSR restaurant operations at the Portland airport location. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and running to high standards using company policies to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising staff, participating in hiring decisions, and ensuring safe, efficient customer service. Compensation reflects market rates for airport service roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsabilités

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Assists AGM/GM by supervising day-to-day activities of associates.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring decisions; recommends promotions or terminations to GM.
• Assigns work tasks and prepares schedules to ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are taken by all associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas and ensures equipment is in good working order.
