Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health/safety standards.
• Ability to adjust schedules to cover opening, peak, and closing times.
• Strong cash handling and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, run, and close the restaurant according to company procedures.
• Supervise associates and oversee day-to-day activities in the unit.
• Participate in hiring discussions and communicate staffing needs to the GM.
• Schedule management and ensuring shifts are covered.
