HMSHost is hiring a Manager I (MGRI) for its BWI Airport location in Baltimore. You will ensure the restaurant operates to high standards, supervise staff, and handle daily opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates.
• Assist in hiring and scheduling; recommend promotions or terminations to GM.
• Assign tasks, prepare schedules, ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure mandated rest breaks and meals are taken.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling policies.
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns to GM.
• Place orders for units, receive goods, process invoices.
• Maintain current contact information for associates.
