HMSHost in Miami Airport is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to assist branch management in daily QSR restaurant operations. You’ll ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising associates, scheduling, maintaining safety and wellness standards, managing cash handling, and coordinating with the GM and operations team to deliver excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
• Requires minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents and communicate with customers

Responsibilities

• Opens, runs daily and closes procedures per policy
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appealing display areas; maintains equipment and cash handlingProcedures
