Job summary

HMSHost Corporation is seeking a Manager I to oversee the daily restaurant operations at the BWI location. You will ensure the site is clean, staffed, and ready for business while applying company policies and procedures to make sound management decisions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, supervising associates, participating in interviews, scheduling, and maintaining cash handling accuracy. You will also manage health, safety, and vendor relations as part of a multi-unit

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Assists in hiring decisions and schedules to cover all shifts.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Ensures wellness and safety guidelines are followed.
