Job summary

Envoy Air in Des Moines is seeking a Supervisory professional to coordinate station operations, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure safe, on-time service across the airport. You will support management to meet performance targets and manage the station budget.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical abilities, and communication skills, with a readiness to work non-standard schedules and travel as needed. Prior airline experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• College coursework or college degree desirable
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or equivalent travel authority
• Previous airline/airport experience
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willing to work non-standard schedules
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must read/write/speak English fluently
• Prior team lead/supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred
• Able to perform duties under stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Assist the Manager in meeting performance targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Help formulate administrative/operational policies and procedures with the Manager.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operational issues.
• Participate in conference calls, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and other stations/headquarters.
• Maintain records such as time/attendance and personnel files.
• Provide coaching on performance issues and team guidance.
• Work in the operation during peak or irregular periods when necessary.
