Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for a Supervisor to coordinate daily station operations, leading Agents and Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance. You will schedule coverage, conduct observations, and manage local training for new hires.

You will handle incidents, investigations, and reports, while maintaining records such as attendance and performance. Uniforms are provided and adherence to policy is required.

Qualifications

• Leads and organizes station activities; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Safety-conscious and able to work under pressure.
• Must read/write English and have legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and manage manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and local training including new hires.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in station communications and reporting.
• Maintain records such as time/attendance, personnel files and performance.
• Supervise station work and support ramp and customer service duties as needed.
