Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead day-to-day station operations, ensuring safety and on-time performance across teams of Agents and Clerks.

The role supports the Manager in meeting targets and budgets, while coaching staff and maintaining compliance with airline and government rules. This on-site position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age 18 and a valid, unexpired REAL ID driver's license or travel authority.
• Experience in airline/airport operations or ground handling preferred.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills; able to manage priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work non-standard schedules and in pressurized environments.
• Legal right to work in the United States; English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations, leading Agents/Clerks for safe, on-time performance.
• Support Manager to meet targets and monitor operating budgets.
• Develop and implement administrative/operational policies and procedures.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with rules.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operational issues.
• Prepare reports and participate in audits and conference calls.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and other sites.
• Maintain records such as attendance, personnel files, and performance.
• Coach and mentor team; provide guidance on performance issues.
• Work in peak periods to support operations as needed.
