Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead day-to-day station operations, guiding Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance. The role includes supporting management, policy formulation, and efficiency improvements, with adherence to all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at an American Eagle operations hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or GED.
• College coursework or degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time operations.
• Support Manager in meeting performance targets and budget monitoring.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in audits, calls, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and HQ staff.
• Maintain records of time, attendance, and performance.
• Coach and counsel team; provide guidance on performance.
