Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead the daily station operations and coordinate Agents and Clerks to ensure a safe and on-time performance. You will support the Manager in meeting targets and help implement procedures at the station.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic airline environment. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role or team lead position.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Support Manager in meeting operational targets and monitoring station budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies and procedures.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency within the operation.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Prepare reports and participate in audits and conference calls.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulatory agencies and HQ staff.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
