Job summary

Envoy Air in California is seeking a Station Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day station operations, lead Agents and Clerks, and ensure a safe, dependable, and on-time departure for passengers. You must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Flexibility for shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure adequate coverage and manpower scheduling.
• Maintain safe, dependable, and consistent operation; conduct observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
