Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Station Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks, ensuring a safe, on-time operation and excellent customer service. You will schedule staffing, monitor performance, and conduct agent observations and training as part of a close-knit airport team.

You will manage day-to-day station activity, coordinate with other teams, and enforce safety and uniform policies while handling shifting schedules and operational issues in a dynamic travel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid US driver's license
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights/holidays
• English language fluency
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe, on-time operation
• Schedule and manage staffing and manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation
• Conduct agent observations and training of new hires
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to company uniform policy and wear issued uniforms
• Coordinate with teams and participate in conference calls/audits
