Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring a Supervisory Station Agent to lead day-to-day station operations and oversee Agents/Clerks. You will ensure coverage, safety, and on-time performance while guiding training and handling escalations.

The role requires a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. Prior customer service experience and knowledge of airline ticketing systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license or travel authority as required.
• Must lift and carry bags up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Airline experience is a plus, including ticketing and ramp knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations and supervise Agents/Clerks.
• Ensure adequate staffing and on-time performance.
• Maintain safe, dependable operations and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule local training and new hire orientation.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly.
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in conferences and audits.
• Maintain records on attendance, personnel files, and performance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, on-time departures.
