Envoy Air Inc. is hiring a Station Supervisor to lead Agents/Clerks in daily ramp and customer service operations across several locations. You will ensure safe, on-time performance, manage staffing, training, and performance records, and resolve operational issues to keep flights moving smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexibility for rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license; some license restrictions may apply.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize Agents/Clerks for safe, on-time operations.
• Schedule staffing and manage manpower utilization.
• Maintain safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Train including new hire training.
