Job summary

Envoy Air seeks a Station Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day station operations, lead Agents and Clerks, ensure a safe, on-time operation, and manage staffing coverage. You will conduct agent observations, schedule local training, and support uniform policies to deliver reliable service for passengers.

Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, a valid REAL ID driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs with flexibility for rotating shifts and weather/airport

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver's license or travel authority
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations leading Agents/Clerks for safe, on-time service
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and manage scheduling
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations
• Schedule local training including new hire programs
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in conferences and audits
• Maintain records such as attendance and personnel files
