Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring a Supervisor - Airport Services to coordinate day-to-day station operations, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure a safe, on-time environment. The role supports budget targets, policy implementation, and cross-functional coordination with airport management and regulators. Strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid US driver’s license; unsuspended.
• Airline/airport ops experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-standard schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Support Manager in meeting performance targets and monitoring budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in calls, audits, and reports; coordinate with airport/regulatory entities.
• Coach staff on performance and provide guidance to the team.
• Work in operation during peak or irregular periods if needed.
