Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Service Representative I to welcome Owners and crews onsite at top airports, coordinating catering, ground transportation, and special requests to ensure flawless flight experiences.

You will collaborate with airport teams, FBOs, caterers, and vendors to deliver personalized service, nurture Owner loyalty, and adjust to flight delays and demand. A 2–4 year hospitality background and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years high-end hospitality/customer service experience.
• Aviation knowledge.
• Professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid command of hospitality service including language, introductions, table settings and basic wine/beverage service.
• Able to work independently within operational guidelines.
• Apply situational awareness and handle stressful situations.
• Self-starter, diplomatic, and an effective problem solver.
• Empathy, diplomacy and confidence in all situations.
• Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers and providing exceptional, personalized service.
• Communicate with Owners during airport experience to manage expectations and needs.
• Troubleshoot flight arrivals/departures at FBO and surrounding airports; coordinate with departments to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with flight crews on local processes and Owner information.
• Maintain positive relationships with local vendors to ensure continuous service improvement.
• Maintain NJ lounges at Service Representative location.
• Report Owner concerns to relevant departments and Sales Teams to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide knowledge to Sales and Marketing about facilities and Owners to explore new business.
• Travel for events, high flight volume days, training and branding activities.
