Job summary

NetJets seeks a Service Representative I to be the onsite presence for Owners and crew at major airports, ensuring all requests meet flight expectations and delivering personalized service. You will liaise with airport operations, caterers, and vendors to pre-empt needs and resolve issues with professionalism.

The role requires 2–4 years in high-end hospitality or customer service, aviation knowledge, and ability to work flexible hours across shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years high-end hospitality/customer service experience.
• Aviation knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid command of hospitality service, including language, introductions, table settings, and basic wine/beverage service.
• Able to work independently within operational guidelines.
• Situational awareness to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
• Self-starter, diplomatic and an effective problem solver.
• Empathy, diplomacy, and confidence in all situations.
• Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move between aircraft on ramp in all weather.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Communicate with Owners during airport experiences to manage expectations and issues.
• Troubleshoot flights and coordinate with FBOs, caterers, and ground transport to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with flight crews on local processes and Owner information.
• Maintain positive relationships with local vendors to ensure service quality and prepare for peak activity.
• Oversee daily maintenance of NJ lounges at the service location.
• Identify Owner concerns and report to Sales/Operations to improve satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge of area facilities and Owners to Sales/Marketing for new opportunities.
• Travel for events, high flight days, training; collaborate with Marketing and Sales for events.
