Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Service Representative I to be the onsite presence for Owners and crew at major airports. You will anticipate needs, arrange catering and transport, and partner with airport teams to deliver seamless service.

We are looking for 2–4 years in hospitality or customer service, with aviation knowledge and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support flight activity.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of high-end hospitality or customer service experience.
• Aviation knowledge or exposure is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid command of hospitality service basics including introductions, table settings, and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Communicate with Owners during airport experiences to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot flight arrivals/departures at FBO and surrounding airports, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with flight crews on local processes and Owner information, assisting with services at the airport.
• Maintain positive relationships with area vendors to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee daily maintenance of NJ lounges at the Service Representative location.
• Report Owner concerns to relevant departments and Sales Teams to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Travel as needed to support NetJets brand during events and high-volume days.
