NetJets in New Jersey seeks a Service Representative I to be the onsite presence for Owners and crew at top airports, coordinating catering, transport, and special requests to ensure flawless flights.

You will build Owner loyalty through proactive service, clear communication with home office during delays, and flexible scheduling to match flight demand. A Bachelor's in Hospitality or Aviation and 2–4 years in high-end hospitality are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years high-end hospitality/customer service experience.
• Aviation knowledge and familiarity with luxury travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid command of hospitality service fundamentals and etiquette.
• Able to work independently within guidelines and handle stressful situations.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to Owners at airports.
• Coordinate catering, ground transport and special requests for flights.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate with relevant departments promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and update stakeholders on forecasts.
• Support sales and marketing with knowledge of local facilities and Owners.
