Job summary

NetJets in Chicago seeks a Service Representative I to be the onsite ambassador for Owners and crew at high-volume airports, delivering personalized service and ensuring all requests are fulfilled.

You will collaborate with airport teams, caterers, and vendors to anticipate needs, manage delays, and maintain impeccable lounge standards. A hospitality background and aviation knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years high-end hospitality/customer service experience
• Aviation knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid command of hospitality service to include proper introductions, table settings and basic wine/beverage service
• Able to work independently within operational guidelines
• Ability to remain positive under pressure and exercise situational awareness
• Self-starter, diplomatic, and an effective problem solver with high self-confidence
• Empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy and confidence in all situations
• Willing to work varied hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; tolerate all weather conditions
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and related programs

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide an exceptional and personalized service
• Communicate with Owners during their airport experience regarding operational issues and service requirements
• Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at FBO and surrounding airports; coordinate with departments to mitigate issues
• Coordinate with flight crews regarding local processes and Owner information
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and prepare for peak activity
• Oversee daily maintenance of NJ lounges at the Service Representative location
• Identify Owner concerns and report to Sales teams to improve satisfaction and Loyalty
• Provide Sales/Marketing with area knowledge to generate new business opportunities
• Travel as required to support NetJets events and trainings
