Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Service Representative I to be the onsite presence for Owners and crews at top-volume airports, ensuring personalized service and perfect fulfillment of requests. You will collaborate with airport teams, caterers, and vendors to deliver a seamless experience and nurture Owner loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in high-end hospitality or customer service, aviation knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years high-end hospitality/customer service experience.
• Aviation knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide an exceptional and personalized service.
• Communicate with Owners during their airport experience to manage expectations.
• Troubleshoot flight arrivals/departures at FBO and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate disruptions.
• Coordinate with flight crews regarding local processes and Owner information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Maintain NJ lounges at the Service Representative location.
• Report Owner concerns to relevant departments for improved satisfaction.
• Provide Sales and Marketing with knowledge of area facilities and Owners to foster opportunities.
• Travel to support NetJets events and high flight activity days.
