Job summary
Swissport International is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in the Phoenix area to deliver essential passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, check-in, and VIP support.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and strong English communication.
- Experience in customer service relevant to aviation or travel.
- Ability to operate airline reservation/ticketing software.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers as needed.
- Manage passenger baggage processing and fee calculation.
- Assist passengers with check-in, special needs, and VIP handling.
- Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and security procedures.
- Make public address announcements and assist ramp with loadings.
- Operate jet ways and reservation software; produce required documentation.
- Adhere to security requirements and Swissport SOPs.
