Job summary

Swissport International in Henderson, NV is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver frontline passenger services, from reservations and ticketing to baggage handling and special-assistance support. This role operates within a dynamic aviation setting, requiring strong communication and attention to detail.

The position offers hourly pay at $16.50 with a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness plans, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering passenger services in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and rebook passengers affected by delays or cancellations.
• Process baggage and calculate related fees.
• Assist passengers with check-in and special needs (UM, VIP, wheelchair).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Make public address announcements as required.
• Coordinate with Ramp Service for wheelchair and gate-checked items.
• Follow security requirements and Swissport SOPs.
• Operate jet way and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce and file required work documentation.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
