Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver comprehensive passenger services, including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and check-in at our facilities. You will support VIPs and passengers needing special assistance, managing documentation and boarding procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to learn airline reservation software, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Hebrew speakers are required; other languages are a plus.
• Able to learn airline reservation software and type proficiently.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations
• Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable
• Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes including support for passengers with special needs
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required
• Make public address announcements as required
• Assist Ramp Service Agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers and gate checked bags as needed
• Comply with federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier SOPs and policies
