Swissport in Phoenix is hiring a Passenger Service Agent to deliver passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and check-in. You will greet passengers, assist VIPs and those needing special help, and coordinate with ramp and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED completed with focus on customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule for interruptions.
• Manage baggage processing and fee calculations.
• Assist with check-in, VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and wheelchair needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Make public announcements as needed.
• Support Ramp Service with wheelchairs and bags.
• Follow security policies and company SOPs.
• Operate jet way and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce required work documents.
