Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in country language.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of airport environment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver consistently great customer experiences.
• Monitor and control overtime payments to optimize resources.
• Identify training needs and coach/mentor the team.
• Maintain open feedback culture and manage performance.
• Resolve customer service challenges and assist in negotiations with new customers.
• Strict implementation of Passenger Service budget.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Support change and identify new business opportunities.
