Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to coordinate check-in, seating, baggage handling and gate information for international and domestic flights. The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will be trained on company procedures and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass background, physical test and drug screen.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate passenger service activities (check-in, seating, baggage, gate information).
• Verify passenger documentation for international and domestic flights.
• Provide information to customers and liaison with Airlines and Ground Handlers.
• Attend mandatory training including Ground Security Coordinator training.
