Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent to assist passengers at the ticket counter and gates, verify documents, assign seats, and provide gate information at the airport. You will also support baggage handling and passenger inquiries, maintaining a positive, safety-focused presence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid US driver’s license, possess strong English communication skills, and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a current valid US driver's license.
• Computer skills required to use ticketing systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; excellent communication.
• Must stand for long periods at check-in and gates.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret IDs and baggage/cargo routing tags.
• Keep check-in, lobby, gate and baggage areas organized.
• Make announcements and assign seats in the gate area.
