• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage handling and issue resolution at the airport (ticket counter and gates).
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passenger documents prior to boarding aircraft.
• Interpret identification and baggage tags and ensure areas (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage) are organized.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and comply with company policies and safety rules.
