Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Services team member to assist passengers and their belongings, ensuring safe arrival at destinations. Responsibilities include check-in, seating, document verification, boarding pass distribution, and manifest tallies for each flight.

Must be 18+, have 1 year of customer service, and meet badge requirements. Shifts include weekends/holidays, indoors and outdoors, in all weather.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ and eligible for airport badge requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designate seat assignments for passengers.
• Verify documentation for travel.
• Provide correct boarding passes for assigned flights.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to the on-board count.
• Assist with government agency requirements.
• Connect and disconnect jetways as needed.
• Announce arrivals and departures.
