Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional passenger service by resolving complaints and assisting customers.
• Oversee passenger service operations, including scheduling and shift briefings.
• Manage operational logistics like opening/closing aircraft doors and baggage routing.
• Provide mentorship and training to staff per standards.
