Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current valid US driver's license.
• Computer skills are required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates and verify documents.
• Assign seats and provide gate information to passengers.
• Check baggage and assist passengers with issues in the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding.
• Make announcements and support operations in the gate area.
