Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Kailua, Hawaii, seeks a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead day-to-day station operations, organize the work of Agents and Clerks, and ensure safe, on-time performance.

You will support the Manager in achieving operational targets, coach staff, monitor budgets, and coordinate with airport management, regulators, and other stations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• College coursework or college degree desirable
• Possess a valid, unexpired state driver’s license
• Previous airline/airport capacity experience
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Willing to work non-standard schedules
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day station operations by directing Agents/Clerks
• Support the Manager in meeting operational targets and monitoring budget
• Formulate administrative/operational policies and procedures
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency
• Maintain station compliance and adherence to policies and regulations
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operational issues
• Participate in conference calls, audits, and reporting
• Coordinate activities with airport management, regulators, and other stations/headquarters
• Maintain records (time, attendance, personnel files, performance)
• Provide guidance and coaching to team on performance issues
• Work in operation during peak or irregular periods as needed
