Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for a Supervisory/Station Agent role in the United States. You will coordinate daily station operations, lead Agents and Clerks, and ensure a safe, on-time operation.

You will schedule training, oversee performance, and handle escalations while maintaining records and supporting audits. You may assist with ramp and passenger service tasks as needed. The role demands flexibility to work rotating shifts, strong leadership, and a comfort with security and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Leadership, initiative, and good judgment are essential.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safe, on-time service.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation; conduct agent observations.
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Assist with baggage handling and aircraft taxiing coordination.
• Support station audits and reporting; maintain records.
