Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a General Manager in Sarasota, FL to lead daily operations at the airport location, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers and ensuring security, service, and sales are delivered to the CLEAR standard.

The role requires 6+ years of leadership in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and proven experience managing both salaried and hourly staff. Base salary is $100,000–$122,500 with a target bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership in high-volume, customer-facing environments
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with coaching abilities
• Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedules and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales
• Own the airport business and drive KPI execution and overall performance
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service and sales objectives
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for exceptional experiences
• Performance manage salaried and hourly staff, including difficult conversations
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners and coordinate with stakeholders
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling to optimize resources
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport
