CLEAR - Field is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at a location, driving security, service and sales while engaging a diverse team of Ambassadors and Managers. You will own performance, develop staff, and uphold CLEAR standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates provide 6+ years of leadership in high-volume settings, strong communication, and a proven track record managing both salaried and hourly staff, with a focus on KPI achievement and safety

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on mentoring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers on airport security, service and sales.
• Own the airport business and drive KPI achievement and execution.
• Hire, develop, and retain a diverse team delivering security and customer service.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Spend majority of time on the floor engaging with customers.
