Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Operations Manager will lead a team of Ambassadors on the floor at the airport, coaching for security, service and sales, while aligning with TSA policies and company standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, recruitment support, and metric-driven improvements, with a base salary in the range of $72,500–$85,000 per year and a benefits package. Availability for non-traditional hours is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and influence others.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of Ambassadors.
