Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations at our airport location, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers and ensuring top-tier security, service and sales. You will own KPI delivery, manage labor and scheduling, and drive employee engagement across salaried and hourly staff.

• Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High standards with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate a team in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own airport operations and drive KPIs and performance execution.
• Hire, develop, and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service, and sales objectives.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for exceptional customer experiences.
• Performance manage staff and conduct tough conversations as needed.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; escalate as necessary.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
