Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and guiding a team of hourly Ambassadors. You’ll coach staff in security, customer service and sales while ensuring policy, integrity and a high standard of guest experience on the floor.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership, excellent communication, ability to manage priorities, and readiness for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and influence others.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations.
• Coach, mentor, and train Ambassadors to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Spend the majority of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
