CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Operations Manager will join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of hourly Ambassadors in a fast-paced environment focused on security, service and sales.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing operations, strong communication, and the ability to coach others. The role requires standing long hours and a government background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient operation of the station.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy compliance with high security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors; coach to meet sales and service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
