Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Operations Manager will join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and leading the daily operations of a team of Ambassadors.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching for security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing settings, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining policy

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (e.g. retail, hospitality).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations for the station and ensure Ambassadors perform duties related to security, service and sales.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors and foster a culture of learning.
