Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations of Ambassadors at the airport. You will report to the General Manager, coaching a team in security, service, and sales to deliver exceptional experiences.

You’ll spend most time on the floor with customers, ensuring policy adherence, staff development, and high standards of performance. This role requires leadership and hands-on oversight in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and mentor.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in work.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all essential duties for efficient station operation.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with high security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors and foster continuous learning.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Handle employee relations matters and investigations as needed.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Build internal and external stakeholder relationships within the station leadership team.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
