Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of Ambassadors at the airport, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on security, service and sales, coaching, and ensuring policy adherence in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to coaching and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop Ambassadors.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operation.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed with security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and customer feedback to improve team performance.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with station leadership.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
