Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services in Grand Junction to lead Agents/Clerks, ensuring safe, on-time operations and strong customer service. The role supports the Manager in achieving performance targets and budget stewardship, while coaching staff and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coordinate with airport management and regulators, maintain records, and adapt to peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license (state specifics may apply).
• Airline/airport experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work non-standard schedules as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Team lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work under stressful conditions and represent the company positively.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Lead and organize Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Support Manager in meeting performance targets and budget.
• Develop and implement admin/operational policies and procedures.
• Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regs.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in station audits, reports, and conference calls.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and staff.
• Maintain records of time, attendance, and personnel files.
• Coach and counsel team; provide guidance on performance.
• Work in operations during peak or irregular periods as needed.
